Situated just outside the charming village of Llanbedr, and 10 minutes away from Harlech, in Snowdonia National Park, Cwm Yr Afon Cottage is a 500 yr old stone cottage. Attached to the owner's farmhouse, this Grade II listed property offers accommodation for up to three people. The cottage features a double bedroom with an additional single futon and an en-suite bathroom.

The ground floor of the cottage boasts an open plan layout, encompassing a modern fitted kitchen with a convenient breakfast bar. A cozy sitting room takes center stage, characterized by a magnificent stone fireplace that houses a wood burning stove and the original bread oven. The ambiance is truly enchanting.

Outside, guests can enjoy a small enclosed patio garden complete with furniture, ideal for relaxing and taking in the surrounding scenery. The property also offers off-road parking for two cars and grants easy access to a variety of footpaths that begin right at the front door.

Cwm Yr Afon Cottage has undergone a meticulous restoration process, transforming it into a charming and inviting space. It is the perfect base for walkers , as well as couples seeking a secluded and romantic getaway. A well-behaved dog is also welcome to join in on the adventure.

​The cottage is wonderfully finished to provide great comfort with an authentic feel, without being in anyway over-fussy. The secluded location completes a romantic setting. The area is great for lots of stunning hill walks and is close enough for some stunning beaches and days out.
